Adaptemy’s Dr. Ioana Ghergulescu joins the AI Awards 2026 Judging Panel
We’re delighted that Dr. Ioana Ghergulescu, Adaptemy’s Chief AI and Learning Science Officer, has been selected for the AI Awards 2026 judging panel.
The awards recognise the people and projects advancing artificial intelligence across the island of Ireland, with this year’s ceremony taking place on 17 November in Dublin.
Ioana brings a perspective grounded in applying AI to learning: understanding what learners know, orchestrating personalised learning experiences and evaluating their effectiveness.
For our customers, that connection between research and practical application matters. Building intelligence into a learning product requires scientific rigour, careful interpretation of evidence and a clear focus on the learner’s progress. These principles guide our work with publishers, education providers and training organisations.
We’re proud to see Ioana contributing her expertise to the wider Irish AI community and helping recognise the work shaping its future.
Congratulations, Ioana, and best wishes to everyone participating in this year’s awards.
